Germany international and Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has revealed the three games that hurt his side this season in the Premier League.

According to Tuchel, the Blues Premier League games against Manchester United, Burnley and Everton, hurt them.

This comes after Chelsea’s Premier League 0-0 draw against Wolves on Sunday.

The Blues dropped two points each against Man United, Burnley and Everton.

They played a 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge against Burnley on November 6, against Manchester United on November 28 and the Toffees on December 16.

This season, their performance has seen the Blues with 6 points behind league toppers Manchester City and 3 points behind second position Liverpool after 18 matches.

Speaking at his post-match press conference, Tuchel said, “The points that hurt are the points we lost at home against Manchester United, Burnley and Everton.

“These are the points that hurt, not today. I can’t and will not comment on other decisions about postponed games. We never compared ourselves to another situation, we were just worried about the safety of players.

“The players were worried about their health because we had several positive results in several days.”

Chelsea are expected to face Brentford in their next match in the EFL during the midweek.
