Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has finally revealed why winger Christian Pulisic was dropped for their matches against Sheffield United on Sunday night.

Thomas Tuchel continued his good run as Chelsea manager with an hard-fought victory over Sheffield United who are currently getting back to shape after a terrible start to the season.

Goals from Mason Mount and Jorginho gave the blues a much-needed win over their opponent as they continue to move up the log but eyebrows were raised when the line up was released.

Fans were shocked by Thomas Tuchel’s selection ahead of the match as Christian Pulisic was dropped.

The United States of America international has been impressive in the past few weeks and fans were surprised he has not made the team listed by Tuchel.

However, Tuchel after the match revealed why he had to drop one of his deadliest players.

According to Tuchel, “Pulisic has some family issues to solve and Family is always first,” he explained after the match.

Timo Werner out in a man of the match performance in Pulisic absence and fans will be hoping he gets over his family issues as soon as possible.

Hopefully, he would return in the Blues next match.
