Thomas Tuchel backed to succeed at Chelsea by Premier League winning coach

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has backed new Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel to succeed at his new club despite the huge pressure that comes with working under Roman Abramovic.

Chelsea have been under the spotlight for the past few weeks over the disappointing performance of the team and Frank Lampard was eventually kicked out of the club on Monday.

It wasn’t too long before his replacement arrived at Stamford Bridge and it’s former Paris Saint-Germain manager Thomas Tuchel.

Thomas Tuchel was employed on an 18 months deal just weeks after he was sacked from the French Ligue 1 side that have now appointed former Tottenham Hotspur coach Mauricio Pochettino.

Speaking about the chances of Thomas Tuchel at Chelsea, Jurgen Klopp who spent some quality time with the German tactician at Borussia Dortmund stated it’s great.

According to Klopp, Tuchel is a really good manager whom he has known for long and respect him a lot.

He added that this Chelsea squad is a present and he his pretty sure Thomas sees it like that and they will be good for both parties in the long run.

Thomas Tuchel first assignment for Chelsea is winning all three-point when his team battle it out with Wolverhampton Wanderers at Stamford Bridge in the next few hours.
