This ‘struggling’ player could be out of Chelsea in January

Ahead of the January transfer window, different rumours on the transfer of the transfer of players have been flying around, and one of them involves a Chelsea player.

According to a report via Calciomercato.it, the Blues are ready to accept offers for a loan transfer with an obligation to buy for the services of Morocco international Hakim Ziyech.

This is coming amid interest from Italian club AC Milan.

Ziyech has struggled to replicate the impressive performance that he had shown at Ajax Amsterdam since moving to Stamford Bridge.

The Moroccan was ready to leave the Blues in the recent summer transfer window, but the move was blocked.

AC Milan were interested in signing then and appear to have retained their interest in him as the winter window draws nearer.

While the Italian club could target Ziyech when the transfer window opens in January,  Chelsea are yet to take the final decision about letting him leave.

As of now, there are no plans of signing a replacement for Ziyech if he is allowed to leave, and as such, he may have to wait till the summer.
