Raine Group, which is the bank handling the sales of Chelsea, have drawn up four parties that are interested in becoming the next owner of the EPL club.

According to the report via The Athletic, the shortlisted bids are from Todd Boehly, David Blitzer and Josh Harris, the Ricketts family and Boston Celtics owner Stephen Pagliuca.

The Saudi Media Group was dropped by the American bank a few days ago.

Raine Group communicated the decision to the group on behalf of Chelsea.

Russian Billionaire put Chelsea up for sale after he was sanctioned by the UK government owing to his link with Russian President Vladimir Putin, who invaded Ukraine earlier this month.

Chelsea is expected to cost their new owners more than £3 billion, making the club the most expensive sale in the history of sport.

However, should the deal go through, Abramovich will not get any money from the sales.

For now, owing to the sanction, Chelsea can’t sign a new player or get an extension with any of their current players.
