Former Chelsea talisman who now plays in Spanish Laliga for Real Madrid Eden Hazard has refused to leave the club.

This comes as the report revealed that the Belgium international is keen on completing the two years he has left in his contract at Real Madrid.

Because of this, Hazard has been labelled the “next Gareth Bale” in Spain amid reports.

The Belgian winger has struggled to make an impact at Real Madrid since joining them from Chelsea in a £98m transfer in 2019.

His time with the Los Blancos has been badly affected by incessant injuries.

So far, the former Blues talisman has only started seven LaLiga fixtures this season after falling out of favour under Carlo Ancelotti.

The report in Spain revealed that Real Madrid are desperate to offload him, which they have tried to do in the past two transfer windows but have been unsuccessful.

On the other hand, Hazard is determined to stay and fight for his place in the team despite his limited playing chances.

And it appears he wants to go the way of his fellow teammate Bale, whose contract will end this season after a standoff at Real Madrid.
