Terms Agreed: Chelsea reportedly accepts personal terms with Europe’s hottest striker

Uefa champions winner, Chelsea have reportedly agreed on personal terms with Borussia Dortmund forward, Erling Haaland.

Haaland is undoubtedly one of the hottest in Europe and top clubs are willing to add him to their team with Chelsea not hiding their intentions.

Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester United are clubs who have also been linked with Haaland with Borussia Dortmund expected to ask for a huge fee.

However, reports from a popular journalist, Ian McGarry states that Chelsea have agreed on personal terms with Haaland and talks with Borussia Dortmund over his transfer fee are still ongoing.

McGarry revealed this while speaking on The Transfer Window Podcast.

Chelsea are no stranger to signing players with a big transfer fee as they famously signed Kai Havertz from Bayer Leverkusen last year in a deal worth £70m (€81.30).

This fee beat the price tag they paid for Kepa Arrizabalaga when he was signed by Atletico Bilbao.

However, Haaland might worth more than that as his release clause of €75m (£64.8m) doesn’t come into effect until the summer of 2022, a situation top clubs across Europe are monitoring.

Haaland is currently on holiday enjoying time out with friends and families. All eyes will be on him when the new season kick-off in the next few weeks.
