Southgate reacts to reports linking him to Man Utd
England coach Gareth Southgate has ruled out himself from the reports linking him with Manchester United job.
In the past few days, the Three Lions boss has been in the news, as a potential replacement for Erik ten Hag, who has not been all that impressive at Old Trafford.
However, addressing the press ahead of Saturday’s friendly against Brazil, the 53-year-old stated that he was focused on the Three Lions.
He, however, refused to be speak on the possibility of taking over as a football club manager in the future.
“Man United links? They have a manager and it’d be extremely disrespectful to talks about that.
“I’m the England manager. I’ve got one job, to try and deliver a European championship. I have nothing to say,” Southgate said.
