One of the most talked-about transfers that could happen in a couple of months is that of Chelsea’s defender, Antonio Rudiger.

The German defender is in the last months of his contract with the Blues, and so far, there are speculations on his possible departure from the club.

Rudiger’s contract would lapse at the end of this season, which means any club interested in him can get him to sign a pre-contract in January to beat off interest from other clubs.

So far, he has been linked with moves to Real Madrid, Juventus, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint Germain PSG.

However, a report via Sky Sports News claimed there are six clubs ready to offer the 28-year-old a pre-contract in January.

The report added that the Blues are in talks with Rudiger over a contract extension, but the defender is happy to take his time to assess his options ahead of what he believes will be the biggest contract of his career.

Rudiger, since joining the Blues from AS Roma in 2017, has made 156 appearances.
