Manchester United’s new minority owner, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, has approved 11 players to leave the Premier League club.

A report via ESPN revealed Ratcliffe has signed off on a crucial overhaul of the club’s first-team squad this summer.

The coming transfer window will be an opportunity to clear out the team, with 11 players up for sale.

Harry Maguire, Scott McTominay, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Casemiro, Raphael Varane, Christian Eriksen, Victor Lindelof, Jadon Sancho, Donny van de Beek, Brandon Williams, and Facundo Pellistri are all available for sale.

Anthony Martial’s contract expires in June, and he will leave as a free agent.

Man United are trying to avoid going against the Financial Fair Play rule.

However, their failure to qualify for the Champions League next season would worsen their position.
