Senegal goal keeper ready to fight for a spot at Chelsea

Chelsea is home to three goalkeepers in the persons of Eduard Mendy, Kepa Arrizabalaga and Willy Cabellero.

However, getting a spot in the first team has become a heavy competition among the three goalkeepers.

Kepa used to be the number one goalie at Stamford Bridge, however, his many errors saw him dropped from the number one spot under former coach, Frank Lampard and the same has continued to play under new coach, Thomas Tuchel.

However, Mendy in a recent statement has disclosed he is ready to fight for his spot in the first team.

This comes as the Senegal international has been a performer for the Blues at the back.
