One of the most interesting games in the EPL this weekend after the international break was between Liverpool and Watford.

The match saw the Reds at their best as they proved why they are a title contender vs Watford.

Liverpool defeated Watford in a 5-0 scoreline at Vicarage Road thanks to three goals from Roberto Firmino, a strike from Sadio Mane and a goal from Salah.

Salah, after his goal vs Watford, equalled Chelsea legend Didier Drogba’s record as the highest-scoring African player in the English Premier League.

The Liverpool striker equalled Drogba’s 104 goals after scoring a goal in Liverpool’s Premier League 5-0 win against Watford.

Liverpool’s recent win has seen them move to the top of the EPL table with 18 points in 8 matches ahead of Man City, Chelsea and Brighton, who are in the fourth spot ahead of Man Utd.

The Reds will hope to continue their solid performance when they face Spanish club Atletico Madrid in the Uefa Champions League on Tuesday night.
