Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has finally opened up on his sacking policy at the club as he defends his approach to hiring and firing managers

Thomas Tuchel became the 15th boss under Abramovich, when he replaced club legend Frank Lampard back in January and this raised eyebrows amidst football lovers.

With fans finally moving on from the sac, Frank Lampard,Lampard, Roman Abrahimovic in a rare interview has said that the changes they make are all done with an eye on their long-term ambitions of the football club.

He told Forbes that Chelsea are pragmatic in their choices and they are comfortable making the right changes at the right time to ensure we can achieve our long-term ambitions.

Abrahimovic stated that he hope it also says something about the clarity of the long-term ambition of the club adding that those who join understand the objectives both on the pitch, as well as the wider positive role the club plays in the community.

Chelsea under the guidance of Roman Abrahimovic have won 36 major trophies.
