Manchester United are not done with business in the transfer market as the red devils are still willing to add more qualities to their squad.

Having been linked with top players across footballing world, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side
have reportedly tabled a £200k-a-week contract offer to Bayern Munich midfielder Leon Goretzka.

Bayern Munich are yet to agree a new deal with Leon Goretzka who has now entered the final year of his deal with the Bundesliga champions.

Davido Alaba left Bayern Munich on a free transfer to Real Madrid this summer and they are not ready to make the same mistake with Goretzka.

Manchester United are monitoring the situation and they are now prepared to make a move for the Germany international.

German outlet Bild reported that Goretzka’s representative are frustrated at the slow progress in negotiations with Bayern.

According to the report, United have tabled a concrete £200k-a-week offer for Goretzka to move to Old Trafford either this year or next year.

Bayern new boss Julian Nagelsmann has insisted that he wants to keep Goretzka in his team but he may be forced to let go if Manchester United pursue the deal this summer.

Goretzka was one of Germany’s top performer during Euro 2020 as he
netted once in three appearances.
