Ahead of the summer transfer window, different rumours have started to spring up concerning the next club that could sign David Alaba.

Alaba is set to leave German side, Bayern Munich on a free transfer after he couldn’t reach a new agreement with the club.

Top football clubs which include the likes of Real Madrid, Chelsea, Man Utd, Paris Saint Germain PSG among others have been linked with moves to sign the Austrian star.

However, according to the latest report, PSG seems to be one step ahead of others as they have reportedly formally contacted him.

While there hasn’t been much chatter about PSG being interested in Alaba, recent update revealed that they might have been working silently in the background to try to get a deal done.

According to RMC Sport, Le Parisien and Sky Germany (via Bavarian Football Works), PSG have in fact sent a formal offer to Alaba’s camp, with the 28-year-old then personally holding talks with the Ligue 1 side.

It is left to see if the deal will dee the light of the day in the summer transfer window.
