PSG confirms moves for Chelsea winger

PSG manager Christopher Galtier in a recent statement has confirmed that there are ongoing talks between the French club and Chelsea for Morocco star Hakim Ziyech.

According to TalkSPORT, there are speculations that the Blues winger Ziyech wants to leave Stamford Bridge after failing to hold down a regular starting place.

Now Galtier has confirmed that the move is in the pipeline. He said: “We’re working on the Hakim Ziyech deal, it’s true and talks are ongoing — I don’t want to say more as he’s a Chelsea player.”

There are no details of whether the deal can still happen.

However, should Ziyech remain at Stamford Bridge for the rest of this season, the Moroccan star may be relegated to the bench.

This is because his chances of playing for Chelsea will further plummet owing to the arrivals of some big signings the club completed in the January transfer window.
