The Slovakia centre-back has recently been connected with Manchester United and Manchester City, while a move to Tottenham Hotspur was also thought to be an open throughout the summer transfer window.

Milan Skriniar fell down down the pecking order at San Siro in the last stages of last season and is not, at this point viewed as indispensable for the Italian outfit, having only made two appearances this term.

The 25-year-old’s current deal at San Siro is expected to terminate in the summer of 2023.
