Potter speaks amid calls for his sack

Chelsea manager Graham Potter has stated he is not the problem at the club as they currently battle for form this season.

The Blues lost 1-0 to Southampton at Stamford Bridge over the weekend, with the result leaving them rooted to the 10th spot on the Premier League table.

Potter has, however, said his critics were wrong to put all the blame on him.

“I am sure there will be people out there who think that I’m the problem.

“I don’t think that they are right but I am not arrogant enough to say that their opinion isn’t worth articulating,” Potter said.

Chelsea will now hope to bounce back during their away match against Tottenham in a London Derby next Sunday.

There are already calls for Potter’s sack at Chelsea, with some suggesting former Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane as a better replacement.
