Potter reacts to criticism and negativity from Chelsea fans

Chelsea manager Graham Potter in a recent statement has said he wouldn’t be wasting his time thinking about the negativity and criticism he gets from Chelsea’s supporters.

Potter believes he would them over later despite them chanting for the return of former manager Thomas Tuchel during their recent embarrassing defeat to Manchester City.

The Blues manager stressed that his focus is the next game, insisting he understands the fans’ frustration over the club’s run of poor results.

Potter in a press conference said: “We can’t do anything but do our jobs better and work harder.

‘We understand the supporters’ frustration. There are always other opinions, criticism and negativity, but that’s part of the challenge.

“It’s always challenging in the Premier League and it’s always challenging here.

“That’s clear. We have to focus on the next day, the next match.”

Chelsea have been kicked out of the FA Cup and Carabao League and are in the 10th spot in the Premier League.
