Pep Guardiola issues stern warning to England stars ahead of new season

Manchester City began their season with a loss against Leicester City in the Community Shield but Pep Guardiola has a message to all England star in his team.

Guardiola boast of four England stars in his squad before Jack Grealish arrived from Aston Villa for a fee of £100m.

Jack Grealish arrival means he joins his England teammate, John Stones, Kyle Walker, Phil Foden, Raheem Sterling who all played an important role during England’s Euro 2020 adventure.

England lost the final to Italy but Guardiola while speaking with the press congratulated the England stars for their summer success noting thay it now all in the past.

Guardiola stated that all the players played really well and he is glad and happy for them. They have been many years together and they made an incredible achievement.

According to Guardiola, reaching the final of the Euros is a big, big thing and they have to be so proud and happy that they could help England make a good tournament.

The Spain tactician stated that the players have to be so proud of what they have done with the national team. The benefit and the confidence will be there but the past is the past.

Guardiola added that what they have done with the national team is for the memories, but the challenge is again ahead of us and they will try to have a good season.
