Chelsea forward Cole Palmer was impressive for the Blues during their Monday night match against Everton in the Premier League.

The match against the Toffees can be described as the Blues most impressive match as this season under their manager Mauricio Pochettino as they scored 6 goals, with four of it coming from Palmer.

Palmer scored three goals in the first half, before adding a fourth in second half while Nicolas Jackson and Alfie Gilchrist scored one goal each.

When asked during a post-match interview which strike from the four was his favourite, the 21-year-old gave his verdict.

‘I think my first one was my favourite,’ he replied. ‘My right-footed goal was a bit of a swinger, but my first one was probably my favourite. As an attacker, you always want to help the team with goals and assists, but my main focus was playing well and trying to get into the positions to score goals.’

The English winger also praised Cobham graduate Gilchrist, who scored his first goal for Chelsea during the match.

‘Everyone was buzzing for him,’ Cole added. ‘Obviously, he has been at Chelsea for his whole life. He has trained with us and put 100 per cent in every day.’
