Only one Premier League star on Tebas’ top three players

Spanish football league La Liga president Javier Tebas has picked the three best footballers in the world currently.

During an interview with L’Equipe, Tebas named Erling Haaland of Manchester City, Jude Bellingham of Real Madrid and Kylian Mbappe of PSG.

“In my view, [Jude] Bellingham, [Erling] Haaland and Mbappé are the three most dominant players on the planet, and two of them are at Real Madrid,” Tebas said.

Recall that Haaland was close to winning the Ballon d’Or last year, but Lionel Messi controversially made it the eighth award.

Mbappe finished in third place behind Messi and Haaland.

In the future, both players, along with Bellingham, are expected to contest for the top individual prizes this year.

No player from the German Bundesliga and Italian Serie A appeared on Tebas’ top player list.
