Newcastle United led by manager Eddie Howe have been linked with moves for Chelsea star Noni Madueke.

It was reported that the Magpies who keen on signing Madueke have approached Chelsea for the services of their attacking prospect this summer transfer window.

Newcastle are working on bolstering their attack ahead of the start of the 2024/25 season.

Chelsea’s Madueke is one of the players on their target list.

Howe wants the club to sign more quality on the flanks, and he believe the former English youth star could be an ideal fit for their team.

Recall that Madueke left Tottenham’s youth side to join PSV Eindhoven back in 2018. He rose through the ranks and made a name for himself before his transfer move to Chelsea in a £29 million move  the 2023 winter window.

In the last 18 months, the 22-year-old has impressed for the Blues’ first team.

As of now, Madueke has six years left on his contract with the Blues but he could still be on the move this summer.
