Manchester United reportedly reach a pre-agreement deal of five-year with star defender

Manchester United arereportedly edging closer towards agreeing with a deal with Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane.

Varane has been linked with a move out of Real Madrid as he currently has just one year left on his contract at Santiago Bernabeu.

Manchester United are reportedly the number one team who are eager to sign the French star this summer.

Reports have claimed that Manchester United in negotiations with Real Madrid over a transfer fee, and this might be sorted out soon.

A new report from ABC Deportes claimed the France international had reached a pre-agreement to join the 20-time English champions on a five-year deal worth £10.3m per year.

The report added that the Premier League side offered £38.6m for the World Cup winner, but Real Madrid are looking for a fee of £47.2m plus add-ons.

Manchester United are not the only club eyeing Varane, with Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain also willing to sort out a deal.
