Manchester United will purportedly consider signing Chelsea’s Callum Hudson-Odoi if they miss out on top transfer target Jadon Sancho.

The Premier League giants have made signing Sancho their main priority once again this summer subsequent to missing out on the Borussia Dortmund attacker last year.

The Red Devils are accepted to have agreed individual terms with the England international, but they face a major test in convincing Dortmund to bring down their asking price.

As per The Express, Man United are reluctant to spend more than £70m on a player, so alternative options have effectively been lined up if a deal with BVB can’t be agreed.

Callum Hudson-Odoi is supposed to be on the Man United’ list of targets, similar to their ex-forward Cristiano Ronaldo and Barcelona’s Ousmane Dembele.

Ronaldo is out of contract with Juventus in a year’s time, which is also the situation for Dembele at Barcelona, while Hudson-Odoi actually has three years to run on his Chelsea contract.

Chelsea are believed to be set to capitalize on the 20-year-old this summer, but United would almost certainly face stiff competition from Bayern Munich for his signature.
