Real Madrid forward Rodrygo has been the subject of transfer speculation in recent weeks, with both Manchester City and Chelsea reportedly interested in the Brazilian talent.

Sources have confirmed to TEAMtalk that Manchester City is the only club to have shown concrete interest in Rodrygo so far.

Pep Guardiola highly rates the 23-year-old and views him as a valuable addition to his squad. Initially, City had set aside funds to sign Lucas Paqueta this summer, but they are now considering redirecting those funds towards other targets, including Rodrygo.

Chelsea had approached Rodrygo’s representatives to explore a potential deal, but without Champions League football, the move to Stamford Bridge is less appealing for the player.

Paris Saint-Germain, looking to replace Kylian Mbappe, have considered Rodrygo but are not planning to negotiate with Real Madrid. Instead, PSG is reportedly eyeing AC Milan’s Rafael Leao.

Despite the interest from City, Chelsea, and PSG, Real Madrid is not willing to entertain offers for Rodrygo.

The Brazilian forward is under contract with Los Blancos until 2028 and has played a crucial role in their success this season, contributing 17 goals in 51 appearances across all competitions.

Rodrygo has reaffirmed his commitment to Real Madrid, expressing his desire to stay and fight for his place in the starting XI despite the upcoming arrivals of Kylian Mbappe and Endrick.

Given his current contract and key role at the club, the likelihood of Rodrygo moving to Manchester City, Chelsea, PSG, or any other club remains very low.
