Man Utd star to leave due to limited game time

Manchester United player Christian Eriksen is said to be considering leaving Old Trafford this summer over limited game time.

A report via Danish outlet Ekstrabladet (via TEAMTalk) claimed that Eriksen knows his time at Old Trafford has come to an end.

This comes as he has been overtaken by younger players like Kobbie Mainoo, Scott McTominay, and loanee Sofyan Amrabat in Ten Hag’s pecking order.

Despite being a regular starter under the Ten Hag last season, the former Inter Milan star has started just 11 of 20 games across competitions this season, with only one goal and two assists to his name.

The midfielder believes that he’s been deemed ‘surplus to requirements’ and is set to make his desire to leave known.

With just over a year left on his contract, the Red Devils could consider cashing in on the former Tottenham Hotspur star this summer.
