There are claims that Man Utd could soon announce their first major signing this summer in the person of Ajax winger, Antony.

Antony’s deal would cost the Red Devils £40 million.

The Sun reports that Manchester United chiefs are currently in Holland to complete the signing of the 22-year-old.

The Brazil international is a key player in the Ajax squad under their now former manager, Erik ten Hag.

Antony joined Ajax from Brazilian club Sao Paulo in 2020 and has scored 12 goals and created 10 assists in 33 games as Ajax won the Eredivisie title.

Ten Hag is keen on reuniting with him at Old Trafford.

The Sun reports that the Red Devils have stepped up their efforts to secure a deal for the winger.
