As the January transfer window draws near, clubs are using this period to monitor players they can add to their squad.

A report has disclosed that Man Utd, Chelsea, and Tottenham Hotspurs are monitoring 23-year-old Brighton’s Ben White.

White so far this season has had an impressive stats for the Seagulls appearing in 10 EPL games.

According to Wyscout‘s index rankings, the 23-year-old center back is the fourth-best performing defender in the Premier League so far this season behind Chelsea defenders; Kurt Zouma and Thiago Silva, and Arsenal’s Gabriel.

In the case of Man Utd, they are keen on adding a new center back in the summer despite the fact that Old Trafford is stockpiled with defenders which include Marcos Rojo, Phil Jones and Timothy Fosu-Mensah.

Tottenham are monitoring White to see if he can serve as back up for Toby Alderweireld who is struggling with an injury.

On the part of Chelsea, they already signed two new centre-backs Thiago and Malang Sarr who was sent out on loan to Porto.

White could come to Stamford Bridge in the summer as a replacement for Thiago who the Blues signed for a year contract.

Chelsea however is also stockpiled with center backs which include, Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christiansen, Fikayo Tomori and Zouma.

With the look of things, Chelsea, Man Utd and Tottenham may only be monitoring White’s for a future consideration and may not take any drastic step to signing him just yet.
