Former Juventus manager Maxi Allegri rejected Chelsea offer to become their manager, one of his close friends opened up in a latest interview.

Max Allegri made a name for himself in the world of football when he achieved a multitude of successes at Juventus as he took the old lady to the Champions League final and won five consecutive Serie A titles in Turin.

The Italian left san siro in 2019 and have been without a club ever since despite that he has been linked with many clubs like Manchester United and Chelsea.

However, one of his good friends Giovanni Galeone has now insisted that the main reason Allegri rejected offers from the likes of Chelsea is because of problems with his mother.

Speaking with Naples-based radio station Kiss Kiss, Galeone stated that the reason is simple, due to some serious family problems with his mother, Allegri had to say no to major clubs.

Galeone stated that the Italian said no to Chelsea, Arsenal and Real Madrid but now he wants to go back and he wants the first-class club but also rejected PSG.

According to Galeone, Allegri rejected Real Madrid because he had previously declined the clubs already mentioned and he was furious when he told him.
