Premier league side Liverpool are set to miss out on a deal that will bring AC Milan midfielder Frank Kessie to Anfield this summer.

Liverpool are still searching for a midfielder as they are yet to replace Georginio Wijnaldum who left Anfield as a free agent this summer.

The Netherland international has left a space in Liverpool’s midfield and Jurgen Klopp has reportedly identify Kessie as a perfect replacement.

However, a deal might not be on the cards as Kessie breaks silence on his future ahead of the new season.

The Ivory Coast international while speaking with Gazzetta dello Sport stated that he want to stay at AC Milan forever as he’s proud of the club and he’s not planning to leave anytime soon.

Popular Italian transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano also revealed that Kessie is on the verge of signing a contract extension with AC Milan.

Kessie is currently on international duty with Ivory Coast at the Tokyo Olympics and will be eager to continue his good form when he returns.
