A report via the Daily Mail claimed Leeds United are considering making a move for Barkley in the January transfer window.

It is well known that Barkley has struggled to remain consistent in the Blues first team as he barely featured for them this season.

Owing to this, the English midfielder is attracting interest from elsewhere, with Elland Road a possible destination.

It is yet to be known if Leeds United will be making a loan move or a deal to sign him permanently.

Chelsea will likely accept a good deal for Barkley as their midfield is stockpiled with experienced midfielders who have been doing well.
