Everton manager Frank Lampard in a recent statement spoke about Anthony Gordon, who has been linked with moves to Chelsea this summer.

Gordon is one of the players on Chelsea’s target list and are determined to seal a deal for him before the summer transfer window closes.

The reports revealed the Blues would be willing to pay up to £60million for the player, who is also keen on a move to Stamford Bridge.

Lampard in a statement said he wants a quick resolution made on Gordon’s future.

“Gordon’s our player, everyone knows of Chelsea’s interest.

“We have a good relationship, ideally [a quick resolution to the situation] or we carry on and he’s our player,” Lampard told reporters on Tuesday.

It is believed that a new deal at Goodison Park remains on the table for Gordon, whose current Everton deal expires in June 2025.

Aside from Gordon, Chelsea have also been linked with moves for Wesley Fofana from Leicester City, who have now turned down their third bid for the French defender worth £70 million.
