Tottenham Hotspur star and England international Harry Kane has reacted to Mauricio Pochettino’s takeover at Chelsea.

This comes as Pochettino was confirmed as the Blues’ next permanent manager on Monday.

The Argentine has penned a two-year deal, with the option for a further year as he replaced interim manager Frank Lampard.

Kane, who made his massive success under Pochettino during his reign at Tottenham has sent the manager a goodwill message.

The striker does not hold any grudges against the 51-year-old over his decision to coach their London rivals.

Speaking to Reuters at an event in New York, Kane said: “Everyone has their career, everyone has their future. So all I can say is I wish him all the best.

“I hope he does well – just obviously not as well as us!”

Meanwhile, Kane has been linked with moves away from Tottenham once again this summer.
