Inseparable: Palmer names his closest teammate at Chelsea

Chelsea star player Cole Palmer recently shared an insight into some unknown details about him and his teammates at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues attacking midfielder following Chelsea victory at the FIFA club world cup named Tosin Adarabioyo as the teammate he is currently closest to at the West London club.

Palmer who was very certain of his bond with Adarabioyo stated that no one can separate him and his fellow Englishman.

Recall that Palmer and Adarabioyo were both youth academy products at Premier League side Manchester City.

Speaking with Daily Mail, Palmer said “We know the same people and he is just similar to me.

“So we’ve got on really well ever since he’s been at Chelsea. And now you can’t separate us.”

Palmer’s comment comes ahead of Chelsea’s pre-season friendly against German side Bayer Leverkusen in August.

Both Palmer and Adarabioyo signed for Chelsea from Manchester City and Fulham respectively, in 2023 and 2024.

The duo have gone to become key players in manager Enzo Maresca side.

They are also expected to retain their spot in the Blues squad come next season where they will be one of the tops clubs fans and pundits will focus on.
