Ahead of the summer transfer window, Chelsea have been linked numerous players they hope to sign, however, topping the list Borrusia Dortmund player, Erling Haaland.

According to the report, Chelsea are willing to break the bank to sign Haaland in the summer.

However, with the latest report that has surfaced, it looks like Chelsea will have to look elsewhere.

The reports revealed that Dortmund would rather prefer to sell Jadon Sancho instead of letting the 30-year-old star leave in the summer.

This is as a result of Haaland’s performance this season which has seen top European clubs like Man Utd, Real Madrid among others showed interest in him.

According to Bild, BVB would be more willing to let Sancho leave than Haaland, but the latter could ask to leave in the upcoming market if Dortmund fail to secure Champions League football for next season.

Although, the Norway international in a recent statement said that it was “nice” to be linked with a club like Real Madrid, however, it remains to be seen whether the Los Blancos will be able to afford to sign him due to the financial impact of the coronavirus outbreak on their finances.
