Frank Lampard might currently be in one of the hottest positions as the head coach of Chelsea but the England trainer believes his club current form is making his managerial experience more exciting.

Chelsea started their season with a huge statement but things have changed dramatically in the past few weeks as the Blues have failed to grind in positive results.

The Blues have won just one of their last six Premier League matches and this has raised more pressure on Frank Lampard who was the highest spender during the transfer window.

However, Frank Lampard who reportedly still has the backing of the board admitted that the poor run of form makes his Stamford Bridge job more exciting.

Lampard who was speaking to the press ahead of his team FA Cup third round match stated that he came into this job expecting pressure.

On what he has to say concerning his personality as a coach, the former blues midfielder stated it’s weirdly quite strange because of how the job is at times.

But when things are going well he puts more pressure on himself.

Lampard noted that he worries about complacency with the unbeaten run and he was constantly under pressure himself about people telling him how great the team were.

On the current form of the team, Lampard insisted that he finds it more challenging in a good way in terms of his job, because he can find out more about himself, about every member of the team and every member of the staff and this makes his job more exciting.

Chelsea will be facing Morcambe at Stamford Bridge on Sunday and it’s likely some players will give way for those that are yet to play much games this season.
