Former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has taken a decision on his future at Tottenham Hotspur.

Tottenham under Conte managed to get next season’s Uefa Champions League qualification after they thrashed Norwich 5-0 on the final day of the Premier League to kick rivals Arsenal to the fifth spot.

Despite the UCL qualification, Conte had refused to commit his future to the club after that match.

The Italian tactician held talks with managing director Fabio Paratici in Turin on Friday.

It is believed the pair discussed summer transfer targets and Conte has now opted to remain at Tottenham, according to The Telegraph.

Having replaced Nuno Espirito Santo last November, the 52-year-old won 17 of his 28 league games in charge.

Conte would hope to help the Hotspurs lift a trophy next season.

The former Blues manager moved to Tottenham last summer after leaving Inter Milan despite lifting an Italian Seria A title with them.

With Conte remaining in the EPL next season, the English domestic league is expected to be competitive in the top four.
