The latest reports have claimed that former Chelsea coach Antonio Conte would prefer to coach Manchester United than take over Tottenham Hotspur.

Recall that some months back, Conte was among the numerous name to replace Jose Mourinho at Tottenham after the Portuguese was sacked at the club, the Italy International, however, turned down the offer and instead Nuno Espirito Santo went on to take the job instead.

Well, Conte has once again been linked with moves to England and this time three clubs Man Utd, Tottenham and Newcastle Utd.

While he has ruled out moves to join the Magpies, Tottenham are back in the race for a new coach after the Lilywhites went down 3-0 to Man Utd on Saturday’s Premier League clash.

The recent reports have claimed that Spurs are in talks with Conte over replacing Santo, but the former Chelsea boss has also been tipped to succeed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Man United.

Popular journalist Ekrem Konur in a report, claimed that Conte is prioritising a move to Man United over Tottenham, and there have been no discussions with Spurs over a possible change in management.

The journalist added that the Hotspurs would sit down this week to discuss Santo’s future at the club with “several important people” to be involved in the discussion.
