Manchester United have been handed an injury boost ahead of their next game in the FA Cup quarter-finals against Liverpool.

This comes after the Red Devils confirmed in a post via their X handle on Tuesday that their attacking midfielder Mason Mount has returned to the club’s training ahead of the Liverpool clash.

“Good news, Reds: Mason Mount is back in training!” Man United tweeted.

Man United are heading to the Liverpool game after defeating Everton 2-0 in their last game in the Premier League.

Liverpool, on the other hand, were held to a 1-1 draw in their last woman came.

Man Utd will hope to get the best out of Mount, who has been sidelined since November with a calf problem.

Recall that the England international joined Erik Ten Hag’s side from Chelsea last summer.
