Everybody is chasing him – Owen lauds Chelsea target

Former Manchester United midfielder, Owen Hargreaves, has praised Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen after he scored a brace in his side’s Champions League round of 16 second-leg 3-0 win over Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday.

According to Hargreaves, Osimhen is a perfect centre-forward as he stressed that every top European club is chasing the 24-year-old.

Osimhen scored two goals to help Napoli defeat Eintracht Frankfurt at the Diego Maradona and book a spot in the Champions League quarter-final.

“They attack in numbers. Politano with a great first touch, Di Lorenzo there, Osimhen there. They just overload you, he is always there Osimhen,” Hargreaves said on BT Sport.

“He is a great athlete, runs the channels, he’s got size. He is literally a perfect center forward, no wonder everybody is chasing him.”

Chelsea have been tipped with summer moves for Osimhen, with the club owner Todd Boehly ready to splash millions to get him to move to Stamford Bridge.
