Everton youngster wants Chelsea move

The report via the Telegraph UK has revealed that Everton youngster Anthony Gordon is keen on leaving the club to join Chelsea in this summer transfer window.

Gordon’s decision to join Chelsea is a massive boost for the Blues, who are also interested in him and have seen their bid for him rejected.

The reports revealed the Blues had submitted an initial bid worth around £45m but are now set to submit another bid for the youngster and have reportedly up it to £50m.

Gordon became a centre of attraction after his impressive form last season when he scored four goals and created two assists in 35 appearances even though Everton lacked inspiration and quality in the final third.

The Everton star is also a plus for Chelsea as he is a flexible forward player, who can play on either wing or as a number 10.

Gordon has played as a wide midfielder in a 4-4-2 formation and can track back and help the defence out.
