EPL toppers manager Arne Slot names current best player

Liverpool manager Arne Slot recently singled out Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah for praise as the Reds maintain a top form this season.

Slot in his statement named Salah as the best player in the world at the moment.

According to the Reds manager, there is no arguement about Sarah’s prowess on the pitch because of his goals and assists so far this season for Liverpool.

Salah has remain at Liverpool for over seven seasons now amid speculations of his exit from the club.

As of now, the Egyptian star is among Premier League players for both goals and assists this season, with 17 goals and 13 assists, respectively.

Recall that he also found his name on the score sheet again as Liverpool thrashed West Ham United 5-0 in the Premier League on Sunday.

In a post-match interview after their win against the Hammers, Slot while speaking about the Egyptian said, “We didn’t know Mohamed Salah could get any better… but somehow he has.”

Meanwhile, Salah’s contract with the Red Devils is expected to expire at the end of this season.

It is yet to be known if Salah would extend his contract at Anfield by signing a new deal with the Reds.
