EPL: Chelsea star hailed after 2-1 win vs Leicester City

Chelsea returned to the winning way this weekend vs Leicester City after they were defeated by Leeds United last weekend.

Following their recent win against the Foxes, the Blues’ former assistant manager Jody Morris has hailed James Reece as a complete player.

The game on Saturday saw a 10-man Blues defeat Leicester City 2-1 at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League.

James created an assist as the Blues recovered from the first-half dismissal of Conor Gallagher to beat Leicester 2-1.

“He can play on the right side of a back-three, right-wing back, right back or in the midfield,” Morris said on Stadium Astro.

“We’re blessed in this country with great right-backs.”

He further picked the versatile defender as the best player on the pitch during the hard fought victory over Leicester City.

Chelsea’s win over Leicester City takes them to sixth place in the league table on 7th points and a positive response to their 3-0 defeat to Leeds United last weekend.
