Ahead of the soon to commence January transfer window, the recent report has revealed that German football club Borussia Dortmund are on course to sign Hakim Ziyech from Chelsea.

The reports revealed that the German side are hoping to leave Stamford Bridge, where he battles with limited playing chances.

Ziyech moved to Chelsea from Ajax but was close to leaving the club during the last summer window but managed to stay put at the club.

So far this season, the Morocco international has made ten appearances for Chelsea with two goals to his name.

Ahead of January, there are once again speculations surrounding the Morocco international’s future, and according to Bild, he is keen to leave the Blues at the start of 2022 for pastures new.

The report claimed that Dortmund are keen on the attacker, who could make the move to Germany on an initial loan deal, as his Chelsea contract is due to run until June 2025.

It is uncertain if Chelsea will accede to any deal to sell him in the next transfer window.
