The recent report has claimed that Chelsea are willing to pay the release clause of Napoli’s Victor Osimhen, despite fears of breaching the Premier League Profit and Sustainable rules.

It is no longer news that Osimhen is on Chelsea’s target list, however, he could cost them between €120m-€130m after impressing at Napoli.

Caughtoffside cited Italian journalist Rudy Galetti, who claimed that the Nigerian striker is willing to move to Stamford Bridge.

Osimhen, who won the 2015 FIFA U17 World Cup Golden Boot winner could help bolster Chelsea’s attack, which has struggled to score goals despite last summer’s reinforcements.

However, the concern in the Blues way remains the Financial Fair Play rules and whether they will need to sell some players before making a signing like Osimhen.
