Dembele linked with move to Chelsea

With less than four weeks to the commencement of the winter transfer window in January, there are bound to be an increase in transfer rumours henceforth.

And one of the trending transfer rumours is the one that concerns Barcelona star Ousmane Dembele who has been linked with a move to Chelsea where he could reunite with his former manager Thomas Tuchel.

This comes as the future of the Barcelona winger is up in the air, with the reports revealing that the Catalans have given him till December 31st to make his decision known.

Given his past connections with Thomas Tuchel, rumours are making rounds that Chelsea could make a move for him in January.

Tuchel and Dembele were together at German club Borussia Dortmund before moving to PSG and Barcelona, respectively.

Previously in a statement with BeIN sports, Dembele explained: “Thomas Tuchel convinced me, he is my favourite manager.”

Another report revealed that Dembele’s agent has met with Chelsea as well as Man Utd, who have shown interest in the winger.

The major concern, however, is that Dembele has a high injury record, and it is uncertain he would thrive in the EPL.
