Deal Agreed: Chelsea striker accepts two-year contract with AC Milan

Chelsea forward Olivier Giroud has supposedly accepted a two-year contract with AC Milan.

The 34-year-old recently signed another one-year deal with the Premier League giants, however it is felt that he could still leave Stamford Bridge ahead of the 2021-22 season.

The France international recently indicated that he would be set to talk about a move to Milan when questioned on the reported interest from AC Milan.

As per Calciomercato, the accomplished striker has now accepted individual terms with the Serie A outfit on a two-year contract.

The report claims AC Milan are probably not going to pay a transfer fee for the Frenchman, regardless of the fact that his contract with Chelsea has now been stretched out until June 2022.

Giroud, who is presently with national team getting ready for Euro 2020, scored 11 times in 31 appearances for Thomas Tuchel’s side during the 2020-21 season.
