Former Chelsea coach Antonio Conte has listed the Blues among the favourites to win the Uefa Champions League this season.

Apart from Chelsea, Conte listed the French side Paris Saint Germain PSG and Man City as a favourite to win the UCL trophy.

While Chelsea and Man City have done well in their first games in the UCL, PSG, however, appears to be struggling even with the presence of Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar in their attack.

The French side was held to a 1-1 draw by Belgian side Club Brugge on Wednesday night.

However, 52-year-old Conte, who is now working as a pundit on Sky Sport Italia for their Champions League coverage after resigning from his position as Inter Milan manager in the summer, believes PSG also stand a chance of winning.

When Conte was asked who he believed were the leading candidates to win the Champions League, the Italian international replied: “The favourites are PSG, Manchester City and Chelsea.”

In another report, Conte has been linked with a return to the Premier League where he could take over from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as Man Utd new coach.
