Gabon star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s possible move from Chelsea to MLS side Los Angeles FC could fall through, as the club are yet to convince the player, according to MailOnline.

Aubameyang’s future at Chelsea is now in doubt especially after he was dropped from their 25-man Champions League squad last week.

The Gabonese was removed from the list to accommodate January signings Joao Felix, Mykhailo Mudryk and Enzo Fernandez.

There are reports that Los Angeles FC have held talks with the Blues for Aubameyang and it’s believed a loan agreement is in place between the two clubs.

However, Aubameyang is yet to agree to a transfer to the MLS side, leaving them worried they might not be able to convince him to sign for them until July.

The reports revealed that Spanish club Barcelona and Italian side AC Milan are both keeping tabs on Aubameyang’s situation, but the striker will be unable to play for another European club until the season has ended.
